Solid listing with a few clear gaps to close.
Land the top 3 fixes below and this listing reaches 90/100 · 7,964 m (Summit Ridge).
Every failing check as a sticky, ordered by how many points it adds. Start top left.
The title is the heaviest ranking field. You have 15 characters unused: add your strongest keyword after the name, e.g. “FollowMyHealth: <main keyword>”.
15/30 characters used.
Nobody searches for a name they have never heard of. Append what the app does in the words people type (“Habit Tracker”, “Budget Planner”).
Title is the name alone.
23 characters unused. Fit one more keyword phrase in.
7/30 characters used.
On iOS, only the title, subtitle and hidden keyword field count for search. The description does not. Words you only mention there are invisible.
2 unique words. Apple combines them, so “budget” and “planner” also rank for “budget planner”.
The first three do most of the selling: they appear directly in search results. Read them as a stranger would, in two seconds.
